Kemiğin malign hernanjioendotelioması oldukça nadir görülür. En sık olarak öncelikle deri ve iç or-ganlarda yerleşir. Kemiklerde bu kadar az sıklık-la rastlanan bir tümör olması nedeniyle, humerusun proksimal parçastrıda ve akromionda multifokal yerleşim göstermiş bu hemanjioendotelloma olgunusu tanı ve tedavisini literatürle karşılaştırarak yayınlıyoruz.
