Yaptlan son araprmalar da psoriasisin hiicresel immun ya-nittaki bir emomaliden sonra ortaya cikabikcegi fikri yogunluk kazanmaktadir. T Lenfosit fonksiyonlartna selektiviteleri hem keratonisitler hemde kronik enflamatuar hiic-relere etkili bit- immunsupresif olan Siklosporin-A psoriasis tedavisinde artan bir lanilmaktadtr.
