Çalışmamızda; 15 psoriasisli hastanın psoriatik deri dokusunda ve 20 kontrol grubunun sağlıklı deri dokusunda çinko iyonu tayin edildi. Bu iyon kontrol grubunda: Zn=1.04:±0.68 pgig; Hasta grubunda: Zn=2.49±1.02 pglg yaş doku olarak saptandı. Psoriatik deri dokusunda sağlıklı deri dokusunu oranla Zn (p<0.001) önemli derecede yüksek bulundu.
