Hamartoma, asemptomatik erkek hastaların rutin göğüs grafilerinde görülür. Hamartomanın epilelial kompenentinin maligniteye dönüşümü oldukça nadirdir. Tanı ve tedavi cerrahi eksizyonla tamamlanır. Bu makalede pulmoner hamartomalı iki hasta takdim edilmiş olup, literatür gözden geçirilmiştir.
