Bu yaztda, 17 safra kesesi adenokarsinontunun klinikopatolojik ozellikleri sunuldu. Histolojik tipler ile safra taslart, karaciger invazyonu ye lenf nodiilii metastazlan arasindaki iliskiler incelendi. Lenf no-data metastazlanna ye karaciger invazyonuna en sik, az diferansiye adenokarsinomda rastlandi. Safra taslan papiller adenokarsinomda sik bu-lundu.
