Santral diabet insipit (ADH eksikliği) tanısı alan 12 vakada chlorpropamide (diabinese), clofibrate (atromid-S) ve carbamazepine (tegretol)'ün antidiüretik etkileri mukayese edildi. Bu amaçla tedaviden önce ve her bir ilaçla 10 günlük tedaviden sonra plazma ve idrar osmolaliteleri ile 24 saatlik idrar volümleri tayin edildi.
