60 yavnda bir kadrn pasta bilateral femoral ar-teriel emboli nedeni cerrahi tedavi altina almdi. Ilea tetkikinde sol atriumdan koken alan mik-somanIn emholiye neden oldugu tespit edildi. Kar-diak miksoma te§his edildi§inde cerrahi mildahale ile kitlenin eksizyonu endikedir. Hastalar ope-rasyonunu bile beklerken emboli komplikasyonlari nedeni ile % 8-10 oramnda Oldiiklerinden genellikle acilen operasyona alormalithrlar.
