Sol Ventriküler Divertikül

Amaç: Nadir bir konjenital anomali olan sol ventrikül divertikülü vakası sunmak ve ilgili literatürü gözden geçirmek. Olgu sunumu: Subakut anterior miyokard infarktüsü tanısıyla kliniğimize yatırılan ve sol ventrikülografide inferior duvarda divertikül tespit edilmiş olan 74 yaşında erkek hasta. Sonuç: Bizim vakamızda divertiküle bağlanabilecek herhangi bir semptomun olmaması, divertikülün küçük olması ve ventrikül sistolü anında tamamen kaybolacak kadar iyi kasılması nedeniyle divertiküle yönelik bir tedavi uygulanmadı.
