Klinigimizde 408 spontan pnOmotoraks va-kastrun Maria transaxiller vertikal toratokomi (+) biil, bleb eksizyonu veya ligasyonu, smith parietal plorektomi uygulanmtvir. Primer spontan pnomotorakslarda vakanin du-rumuna gore tthbi gozlem, tiip drenap, torakopik cerrahi veya klasik transaksiller vertikal torakotomi ile bleb eksizyonu ye parietal plorektomi teknigi uy-gulantr. Sekonder spontan pnbmotorakslarda ise tibbi gazlemin genellikle yeri yoktur, direkt tiip dre-najr Tiip drenajz ile solunum fonk-siyonlari diizeltilemeyen ye hava kacagt tsrarlz ola-rak uzun siiren seconder spontan pnOmotorakslarda zorunlu kalmmca cerrahi yol secilir. Genellikk se-konder spontan pniimotoraksh hastalarin solunum fonksiyonlan yetersiz oldugundan cerrahi en-dikasyon swurli tutulur.
