Tam hastalar, iirolIownetri, liretral baste projili (UPP), stress iiretral basins projili (stress UPP) ire sistometri ile degeriendirildi. Klinik olarak stress inkontinans te§-hisi komilan 34 hastanut ancak 247iniin genuine stress in-kontinans oldugu arodinamik caltsmalar sonucunda ortaya kondu. Bu nedenie„ kiiriik degeriendirme lie stress inkontinans te§hisi konulan hastalara yapilan iirodinamik tali malarin te4'histe ye tedavinin plan-lanntasinda onemli oldugu kanaatina varıldı.
