Mediastinal estravazasyon uzun süreli subklavian ven kateter kullanımının ender görülen bir mekanik koplikasyonu olup katetedn damar duvarında oluşturduğu kronik irritasyona bağlı olarak geliştiği düşünülmektedir_ Bu yazıda, safra yolu fistülü tanısı ile TPN amaçlı subklavian ven kateterizasyonu uy-gulanan ve sonrasında söz konusu kamplikasyon gelişen bir olgu sunuldu.
