Selçuk Üniversitesi Meram Tıp Fakültesi Nöroşirürji Anabilim Dah’nda Mart 1987-Eylül 2002 tarihleri arasında 183 supratentorial anevrizma olgusu öpere edilmiştir. Bu çalışmamızda 183 supratentorial anevrizma olgusunun, lokalizasyon, klinik özellikleri, tedavi yöntemleri, mortalite ve morbidite oranlarının tartışılması amaçlanmıştır. Seri, literatür gözden geçirilerek sunulmuştur.
