Oniversitemiz Tip Fakiiltesinde Dalian 50 tip doktoru ye Disc Fakiiltesiinde calilan 50 did doktorunun el fiorasindaki bakteriyel ve fungal kolonizasyon aragirildi. Tip doktorlarinin 7'sinde' (%14) gram negatif bakteriyel kolonizasyon teshit edilirken hicbirinin elinde mantar iirernedi. Ca-lip-ken eldiven kullanan did doktorlarintn hirinde (%2) gram negatif bakteriyel kolonizasyon bu-lunurken bu grupta da mantar iiremedi. Bir onceki caliptartuzda ayni hastanede hemp-elerin ellerinde %20.4 oraninda gram negatif %8.6 ora-ninda ise fungal kolonizasyon Eldiven kullanmantn ye el yikamanzn bakteriyel ve fungal ko-lonizasyonu azaltngini dolayisi ile hastane in-feksiyonlarindan korunmada ijnemli oldugunu
