Son yıllarda, karaciğer transplantasyonu ve transarteriyel kemoembolizasyon planlanan olgularda hepatik arteriyel varyasyonların değerlendirilmesi oldukça önem kazanmıştır. Hepatik arteriyel anatominin değerlendirilmesinde birçok yöntem kullanılmaktadır. Bu yazımızda transarteriyel kemoembolizasyon planlanan bir olguda, nadir görülen sol hepatik arterden ayrılan gastroduedenal arter varyasyonunun çok kesitli bilgisayarlı tomografi anjiyografi bulgularını tanımladık.
