Son zamanlarda iransfiizyon tedavisinde kom-ponent tedavisi on Plana caring olup spesifik kan komponent replasmant yaptImaktadir. Eritrosit, trombosit. plazma veya spesifik plazma proteinleri gibi kan komponentleri tam kan yerine sikhkla ye et-kili olarak kullantlabilir. Bu makalede eritrosit, trombosit ye graniilosit transfiluonu endikasyonlart ve izlenecek stratejiler tartışılmıştır.
