13 numaralı kromozomun trizomisinden kay-naklanan Patau sendromu nadir görülen km-mozomal düzensizliklerden birisidir. Mevcut çalışmada, sitogenetik laboı-atuvarımızdan trizomi 13 tanısı alan iki olguda gözlenen fenotipik varyasyonlar ve karyotiple uyumu literatür ışığında gözden geçirilmiştir.
