Bening veya malign nedenlere bağlı özofagus obstruksiyonlarının palyasyonunda, özofagus stentleri etkili bir şekilde uygulanmaktadır. Üst servikal özofagus darlıklarında stent yerleştirilmesi, boynunda sürekli yabancı cisim hissi nedeniyle hastaya endişe ve rahatsızlık veren özel zorluklar içerir. Ayrıca, endoskopist proksimal stent sınırını düzgün ayarlaması için üstün beceride olması gerekir. Biz postoperatif bening darlıkta, kendiliğinden genişleyebilen metalik stent ile üst servikal darlığın stentlenmesine ait deneyimimizi sunuyoruz. Disfaji kaybolmuş ve endoprotez iyi tolere edilmiştir
