Tüberküloz menenjit (TM) beyin zarlartnda olu§.- turdugu enflamasyonla Beyin Ornurilik Stvrst (BOS) dola§tmtnt bozabilmektedir. Bu patolojileri termek amactyla 12 TM hastasuida Tc 99 m DTPA intratekal yoldan verilerek BUS dolaproundaki tt-kantkitklar gosterildi. Hastalann Bilgisayarlt To-mografi (BT) bulgulanyla Radyoniikleid Vent-rikiilosistenzografi (RVSG) bulgulan karldaltirmalt olarak degerlendirildiginde sistentografik .vontemin dolapn bozuklug um' gostermede cok daha duyarlı oldugu sonucuna varıldı.
