Ocak 1990 ile Aral& 1995 tarihleri arasinda S. U. Tip fakiiltesi Gages Ka1p Damar Cerrahisi kli-nigine 39 k4i boncuklu igne aspirasvonu nedenivie nitiracaat etmigir. Hastalarin tamanu bavan °hip, 11-20 grubu cogutiluku olugurmaktadir. Te,shis; anamnez ye cekilen PA Akciker grafisinde rad-voopak ignenin gorultnesivle kontilmujtur. 4 has-tada spontan atilim, 2 hastada gastrointestinal sis-tenze Klasik tedavi olarak rijit bronkoskopi uygulannusur. 5 hasta skopi + bron-koskopi teknigi ile komplikasyonsuz olarak tedavi edinilmiş, 4 hastaya da torakotomi uygulanmıştır.
