Üretrada genellikle infeksiyon, rüptür ve fistül gibi komplikasyonlara neden olan yabancı cisimler genellikle merak veya erotik stimülasyon amacıyla konmaktadır. 16 yaşında bir hastada; erotik stimülasyon amacıyla üretraya konmuş 10 cm boyunda bir yorgan ignesi belirledik.
