Bu araştırmada Türkçe bir metnin okunuşu elektrookülografik olarak incelendi. Regresyon sakkadları ve bunları izleyen ilk sakkadların ampiltüdleri arasındaki ilişki araştırıldı. Bulgular sakkadlar sırasında vizüel bilgi akışının supresse olmadığı düşündürdü.
