Kadınlarda bütün nevüslerin % 0.17 vulva deri-sinde görülür. Bütün vulva karsinomlartnın % 8- 1 l'ini malign melanomlar oluşturur. Burada seyrek görülmesi nedeniyle vulvada malign melanomu olan bir yaka sunulmuştur.
