Kemik grı.ft tekniifi günümüzde yaygın olarak kullanılmasına rağmen, bu konuda önemli engeller vardır. Kemik Ercini yerine kullanılabileck çeşitli sentetik materyallar ile yapılan çalışmalar ümit verici olmaktadtr.
