Trakea ile santral bronVariron geniylemesi olan trakeobronkomegali etyoloji ye patogenezi hi-linmeyen seyrek rastlanan bir patolojidir. Er-keklerde re 30-40 yallarinda daha sik rastlanir. Sik-ltkla hronpktazi ye tekrarlayan bronkopulmoner enfeksiyonlar ile hirlikte hulunur. Tani bronkografi yeya hilgisayarli tomografide trakea capinin artmg oldugunun gosterilmesi ile konur. Bu makalede klinigimilde tam konan bir olgu sunuyoruz.
