Özeti Son zamanlarda iransfiizyon tedavisinde kom-ponent tedavisi on Plana caring olup spesifik kan komponent replasmant yaptImaktadir. Eritrosit, trombosit. plazma veya spesifik plazma proteinleri gibi kan komponentleri tam kan yerine sikhkla ye et-kili olarak kullantlabilir. Bu makalede eritrosit, trombosit ye graniilosit transfiluonu endikasyonlart ve izlenecek stratejiler tartışılmıştır.

More recently, component therapy broadened the application of transfusion therapy from blood volume support to the specific replacement of blood components. An individual component of blood such as red blood cells, platelets, plasma, or specific plasma proteins, may often be used effectively in place of whole blood. This issue describes in-dications and strategies for red cell, platelet and granulocyte transfusions.
