Konya Devkt Hastanesinden sag 8. interkostal araliktan kapalt su aft' drenajt uygulanarak seek edilen 14 yamda erkek hastantn takibinde ani so-lunum stlantzstntn baylamast uterine yaptlan tet-kiklerinde sag torakstn alt ve orta zorunun ka-panchgt gozlendi. Yap'Ian acil posterolateral sag torakotomi sonrasznda toraks i•ine herniye olufmul karaciger ve kolonun hepatik fleksurast ve bu barsak anst uzerinde daha once uygulanan kapalr tip dre-najina baglz iki perforasyon gozlendi. Yaptlan ult-rasonografi ye akciger grafisinin herni wrist kin yeterli olmayacagt kantszna varildr. To-rakoabdominal kiint travmalar sonrast intratorasik herni olabileceginden miidahale etmeden once blintz'? ekarte edilmesi gerekmektedir.
