Yenidoğan döneminde safra taşı nadirdir. Safra taşına sıkhkla başka patolojikr öncülük eder. Bu yazıda yenidoğan döneminde teşhis edilen safra taşı yakası sunuldu. Rh uyuşmazlığına bağlı hemolitik sardığı olan ve fototerapi uygulanan bir yenido-ğanda ultrasonografik inceleme ile safra taşı tesbit edildi. 6 ay sonra tekrarlanan uhrasonogramda taşın spontan rezolusyona uğradığı gözlendi.
