Spontaneous hepatic hemorrhage of pregnancy (SHHP) is a rare syndrome that occurs as a complication of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy.More than 150 cases of SHHP have been reported, since Abercrombie’s first description of the syndrome in 1884. The diagnosis of SHHP due to the aforementioned hemorrhage in woman who develop a syndrome of epigastric and right upper quadrant pain.Recent reports have suggested that operative tamponade with gause packing and local measures are the preferred treatment.
