Karaciğer Ve Cilt Hemanjiomu İle Birlikte Olan Bir Split Hand-Foot Malformasyonu Olgusu

Yarık el-ayak malformasyonu, el ve ayakta santral parmak hatlarının yokluğu sonucu gelişen derin mediyan yarıklar ile karakterize konjenital ekstremite malformasyonudur. Yarık el-ayak malformasyonu izole bir anomali olduğu kadar multisistemik bir sendromun bir parçası olarak da meydana gelebilir. Ailesel olguların çoğu otozomal dominant geçiş göstermektedir. Yarık el-ayak malformasyonlu bazı hastalarda mental retardasyon, ektodermal ve kraniofasial bulgular bulunmaktadır. Biz karaciğer ve cilt hemanjiomu ile seyreden bir ayrık el-ayak malformasyonu olgusunu literatür eşliğinde sunduk. Araştırmalarımıza göre karaciğer ve cilt hemanjiomu ile seyreden ilk olgudur.
Split hand-foot malformation is a congenital limb malformation, characterized by a deep median cleft of the hand and/or foot due to the absence of the central rays. Split hand-foot malformation can occur as isolated anomalies or as one component of multisystem syndromes. The majority of the familial cases are inherited in an autosomal dominant manner. Some patients with split handfoot malformation have been found to have mental retardation, ectodermal and craniofacial findings. We presented a split handfoot malformation case with liver and cutaneous hemangioma by the literature. According to our investigations, this is the first case of split hand-foot malformation with existence liver and cutaneous hemangioma.
