1982-1987 Yılları arasında Eskişehir dava Ilastahanesinde 57 kronik milis ntedia kolesteatonıalt olgu ameliyat edildi. Bu olgulara ait tüm bulgu ve sonuçlar tesbit edilerek literatür ile karşılaştırddı. Kolesieatoma cerrahisindeki anlayışımız ve bir süredir tatbik ettiğimiz muskulofasiaperiostal fleb ile radikal kavitenin parsiyel obliterasyonu tekniği ile ilgili tecrübelerimiz sunuldu.
57 patients with chronic otilis media with cholesteatoma were operated on in Air Force Hospital in Eskişehir between 1982-1987. Al! Findings and resulis relating ta these patients have been established and compared with the literature. Our concept about cholesteatorna surgery and partiel obliteration of the radikal caviiy with musculafaciaperiost fleb which we have been involved in applying for sornetime is represented.
