Yaygın olarak bilinenin aksine tethered spinal kord sendromunda konus medullarisin normal lokali-zasyonda bulunabileceği çeşitli amşurrnacılarca bildi-rilmektedi•.Bu çalışmada yağlı f 111n1 terminalesi bu-lunan ve konus medullarisin tepe noktası Lı seviyesinde olan bir tethered kord sendromu olgusu sunularak fiteratür eşliğinde tartışılmıştır.
In contrast to the common knowledge on the tethered cord synd•ome, various reports note that co-nus medullaris may have a normal location. In this manuscript a case of tethered cord syndrorrıe which has a conus at Lı level and fatty filum terminale has been presented and liwrature is reviwed.
